Intro Level Class

New to pole dance fitness? This is the perfect place to start. We got you covered! Join this Intro LEVEL to learn the fundamentals of pole dance fitness, basic staple pole tricks, and beginner friendly transitional moves that end with fun and flirty pole dance choreography specifically designed for newbies!

Level 1 Trainer

Add to your skillset with Beginner pole tricks in this LEVEL 1 pole training course.  LEVEL Up with conditioning, LEVEL Up with pole tricks, and LEVEL Up with self satisfaction and confidence!

Level 1/2 Trainer

Add to your skillset with Beginner pole tricks in this LEVEL 1 pole training course. LEVEL Up with conditioning, LEVEL Up with pole tricks, and LEVEL Up with self satisfaction and confidence! Level 2 Beginner class designed to build on concepts learned in Level 1 by introducing combinations of tricks, transitions, and enhanced pole condition. This program will improve endurance, strength, and flow.  

Level 2 Trainer

Level 2 Beginner class designed to build on concepts learned in Level 1 by introducing combinations of tricks, transitions, and enhanced pole condition. This program will improve endurance, strength, and flow.  

Level 2/3 Trainer

Take your pole skills to the next stage with our combined Level 2/3 Pole Training! This class is designed to build on the fundamentals from Level 1 and guide you seamlessly into more advanced techniques, tricks, and combinations. This dual-level class challenges your strength, builds your confidence, and prepares you to flow effortlessly between tricks and transitions. LEVEL Up your pole game and unlock your potential!

Level 3 Trainer

Add to your skillset with intermediate pole tricks in this LEVEL 3 pole training course..  LEVEL Up with conditioning, LEVEL Up with pole tricks, and LEVEL Up with self satisfaction and confidence! Once you have passed LEVEL 1 and 2 Trainer courses, you are ready to be promoted! 

Level 3/4 Trainer

Elevate your pole skills with a program designed to challenge and expand your abilities, combining intermediate and advanced techniques. This course focuses on adding complex combinations and choreography while building the endurance and stamina needed to stay strong and active throughout your sessions.
 

Master seamless transitions as you incorporate dynamic aerial sequences into your routines, developing the flow and artistry that take your skills to the next level. You'll refine essential techniques like deadlift inversions, bracket climbs, inside and outside leg hangs, and figure-four laybacks. Strengthen your versatility with grips such as knee, half bracket, full bracket, elbow, and thigh grips.

Level 4 Trainer

Add some combinations and choreography using the LEVEL 3 pole tricks and techniques. Build stamina and endurance to stay active longer.  LEVEL Up with conditioning, LEVEL Up with pole tricks, and LEVEL Up with self satisfaction and confidence!

Level Flex

Push your strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Learn techniques to improve your mobility, and power in pole dance. Must have a membership to attend this class.

POLE CONDITIONING

This intense class combines agility, strength conditioning, cardio, core, and balance through active on and off pole exercises. This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning class that will challenge your endurance and pole performance.

POLEOGRAPHY

Have you been wanting to learn how to put some tricks you learn in our level program into choreo? Have fun in this class that incorporates tricks in a fun choreo. *Open to all Levels. Recommended at least 4 weeks of pole training

EXOTIC FLOW

Low flow, Transitions, Drops, Splits or variations! Learn how to move seamlessly around the base of the pole in a exotic, sensual, and fluid manner. Explore sensual choreography using the pole as a prop. Learn to create illusions by creating lines, shapes, angles, and exploring your personal movement.  **Some flexibility is required

NAUGHTY VIXEN HEELS CHOREO

Heels, Heels, and more Heels!  If you want to learn to move better in your heels or just learn tricks and tips to add flare to your flow while showcasing your heels, this is the class for you! This heels choreography class focuses on creating shapes and curves that accentuate the body while in your high heels. This is a fun class to help students perform choreo in heels.  **Proper heel technique will be explored including dancing on toe boxes, edge work, pivots, and piourettes**

THE ART
OF INVERSION

Unlock the art of going upside down in “The Art of Inversion” a class dedicated to mastering pole dance inversions. Wheter you're new to inverts or refining your form, this class will build your strength, flexibility, and confidence to defy gravity. We'll explore fundamentals inverts, transitions, and combos that keep you feeling both fierce and fluid. Perfect for those ready to take their pole journey to new heights--literally! *All Levels Class* Prerequisites include: Basic climb and at least 4 weeks of pole training.
